How to Use
- Apply between eyebrows, on back of neck & ears, inner wrists, over the heart, soles of feet, and on big toe. Use regularly, especially before bedtime.
- Start applying an hour before bedtime to help the body wind down for the night. Repeat as needed, such as during night wakings, trauma or nightmares.
- For adults & children from 2 months up. For babies younger than 2 months, apply only on soles of feet.
Promote feelings of calm and relaxation
When dealing with overwhelming emotions such as tantrums, meltdowns, stress, and anxiety, apply intentionally and consistently, and breathe deeply.
Promote more restful sleep
For overstimulated kids, start applying an hour before bedtime every 15 min to help them wind better for bedtime.
